Personal Training
Here at ZelStar Fit we focus on individual needs. From weight loss, weight gain, and weight management. Each program will incorporate: balance, core, strength conditioning & resistance, cardiovascular, and flexibility. 30 & 60 minute sessions available through 6 to 12 session packages.
